Hill’s Pet Feeding Infographic – worth a share!

Hill’s Pet Nutrition have produced this infographic which I think is really good and worth a share on your practice website or FaceBook pages!

I suppose it isn’t surprising so few pet owners feed their pets according to their body condition, otherwise they wouldn’t be over-weight and stay that way, but it is an interesting fact.

The point that not all pets, even of the same pedigree, are not the same and might need different feeding regimes is an interesting one which is not often brought up and the tips about making meals last longer by using a Kong is one I often use myself.

I also love anything that equates the treats pets get to human food!  I just wish someone would draw a BCS chart showing how pets would look if they were people, THAT would get the message home I’m sure!
